Community Medicine

DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY MEDICINE

The Community Medicine department of PCMS & RC is aimed at quality training of undergraduate, postgraduate students of medical and allied health sciences. The department provides promotive, preventive, curativeand rehabilitative services to the community through Rural and Urban Health Training Centers. The students are posted at these centers to learn and practice various aspects of public health services. The department conducts various research projects funded by government and non-government agencies. The faculty members of the department are highly trained and experienced in training, education and research. The department faculties extend technical guidance for dissertation of PG students of various departments.

OPD: Monday to Saturday, at RHTC and UHTC
Timings: 9am to 4pm
