• Informative session for students by a representative of Bhrigu Global Visa Consultancy on 9th December 2021

• Prof.N.K Jain eminent scientist and academician visited the department as a resource person in the faculty orientation program on 27th October 2021

• Guest lecture on the topic “Synthesis of Nanomaterials and its Application in Pharmaceutical Industries” delivered by Dr. Avijit Ghosh, Honorary Secretary, Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Kolkata, West Bengal on 21st October 2021

• A series of guest lectures on Computer-Aided Drug Design was organized virtually from 21st June to 22d June 2021. Guest speaker for this two days session was Dr. Debanjan Sen, Assistant Professor, BCDA College of Pharmacy & Technology, Hridapur, Kolkata-127

• A series of guest lectures on Pharmacovigilance which has been opted as Elective subjects by some of the Bachelor of Pharmacy, 8th Semester students, was organized between 04th June 2021 to 20th June 2021. The guest speaker for the series was Mr. Tarani Prakash Shrivastava, Research Associate, Pharmacovigilance at Immunization Technical Support Unit, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi.

• Guest lecture on the topic “Video resume: A need of virtual Era” was organized virtually on 04th June 2021. The guest speaker was Mrs. Surbhi Jain, Assistant Professor SIRT-Pharmacy, Bhopal.

• Guest lecture on “TUBERCULOSIS SITUATION: CLOCK IS TICKING TIME FOR ACTION” was organized virtually on the occasion of WORLD HEALTH DAY 2021 on 07th April 2021. The guest speaker was Mrs. Manjari Sandeep Gharat, Incharge Principal, K.M Kundani Pharmacy Ulhasnagar Maharashtra, Vice-President Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) & International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).

• Guest lecture on the importance of different certification courses in order to enhance the skill of the students and focused on clinical research and pharmacovigilance importance was organized at School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, in collaboration with CLINI India on 27th March 2021. The guest speaker was Mr. Vishal Chaudhari, Head of operations, Clini India

• Guest lecture on ‘TB in India: Target to combat” was organized by School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, Bhopal through virtual mode on 24th March 2021. The guest speaker was Dr. Sarvesh Sharma, Quality Pharmacist in District Hospital, Vidisha and Ex-Associate Professor, Laxmi Narayan College of Pharmacy, Bhopal

• Guest lecture on “CAMPUS TO CORPORATE: SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL QUALITIES NEEDED FOR FRESH PHARMACY GRADUATES” was organized at School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, Bhopal on 12/01/2021. The guest speaker was Mr. Prasad Ramchandra Bhagwat, Head – Industry Institute Interaction Cell & Placement, Shree Santkrupa Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghogaon, Maharashtra.

• Guest lecture on “Expert Guidance to crack competitive exams of Pharmacy Profession for budding Pharmacist” was organized at School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, Bhopal on 09/01/2021. The guest speaker was Dr. Pawan Kumar Basniwal, Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, LBS College of Pharmacy, Jaipur – Rajasthan, India.

• Guest lecture on “Professional Ethics and Moral Values” was organized at School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, Bhopal on 29/12/2020. The guest speaker was Dr. P Dwarkanadha Reddy, Professor and Head Annamacharya College of Pharmacy, Rajampet, Andhra Pradesh.

• School of Pharmacy and Research, People’s University along with Elsevier organized a webinar on 17th of October 2020 from 11:00 AM. theme of the webinar was “Innovative Data Analytics tool for Pharma Researchers”

• Online guest lecture on ” Pharmacist’s Perspectives for Safe Disposal of Expired and Unused Medicines” by Mr. Sourabh Kosey ( Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice, ISF College of Pharmacy Moga, Punjab) on 25th May 2020

• Online guest lecture cum training on “Clinical Research and its Perspectives” by Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Kaurav (Manager, Drug for Neglected Disease Initiatives (DNDi), New Delhi) on 7th May 2020

• Online guest lecture on “Recent Advances in Granulation Technology for Pharmaceutical Formulations” by Mr. Pushkar raj Sharma (Ex-production Officer IPCA Laboratories Ratlam & Ex-production Manager, AstraZeneca, Bangalore) on 3rd May 2020

• Online guest lecture on “Computer-Aided Drug Design” with software knowledge to our pharmacy students by Dr. Debanjan Sen  (Professor) from Kolkata (W.B.) on 20th April 2020

• A guest lecture was organized on Pharmacy Practice and Patient Counselling at School of Pharmacy and Research, People’s University on 24^th April 2018. The guest speaker was Dr.Aditya Trivedi, Chouksey College of Pharmacy (SOPCEC) Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
