Gender Sensitization and POSH Act Under Internal Complaint Committee on 09/12/2023
The Speaker Dr Anju Bajpai had a brief talk about the Gender issues and how to overcome that and educate the society about the gender roles and responsibilities. She elaborated in detail the POSH Act and created the awareness among the students about the laws made by the Indian Government for Social justice and complaint of any aggrieved female. She detailed how and to whom to approach against any harassment.
Students are able to understand the POSH Act and are much aware about how to create awareness about gender issues raising in the society and what government does in grievances redressals legally.
