This committee was established according to the UGC  instructions and initiative of Hon’ble CM of M.P., Happiness Club was established at PCPS&RC  on 9/9/16.

OBJECTIVES:-

  • To develop work place satisfaction, interaction and outcomes for social welfare through achievements in domains of happiness.
  • To address pillars of happiness through ongoing , dynamic and measurable activities.
  • To translate the culture of happiness into the practice with benefits to the social masses through innovative means

The key functions of this committee:-

  • Concrete steps to translate abstractness of happiness to reality
  • Self development of faculties, students and staff through motivational programs, meditation, counseling etc.
  • Administrative excellence.
  • Promotion of positive thinking.
  • Creation of eco-friendly environment.
  • Creation of selfless thinking through well networked setting for common goals.
  • Development of community services.
  • To organize activities that enhances positivity, positive thinking, welfare of the people and the society.
