The third and final edition of the annual function concluded with ZEST 2k24 Cultural Function. The annual function of the People’s Institute of Management and Research at the People’s University was held on Saturday at the People’s Auditorium. The function was inaugurated by lighting the lamp with Saraswati Vandana and Ganesh Vandana. On this occasion, the children presented their talent through amazing programs like Dance, Fashion Show, Open Mic and Singing. The children showed great interest in this festival by participating in the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee of the University was also present. All the students participated enthusiastically in the annual function. The program was conducted by Pradyuman Singh, Gitika Goswami, Aditya Pawar and Pooja Prasad. The students performed brilliantly on Bollywood hit dances like Jeene Ke Hai Char Din, Afreen Afreen, Senorita, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom…. In the dance competition, Priya and Ishaan Qureshi stood first in solo dance and Prem Lohar and Vidya Sonar stood first in group dance.
Prem Lohar stood first in the singing competition, Rashmi Srivastava stood first in the Ardhanarishwar look in the fashion show, Pooja Prasad stood second in Lata Mangeshkar’s look and Vidhi Grover stood third in Rani Laxmibai’s look. Meritorious and talented students who have excelled in the field of education were honored on this occasion. He was given a trophy and certificate at the felicitation ceremony. Ojaswi Jain in BBA 1st year and Mai Deep Gautam in BBA 2nd year, Mai Kashish Pamnani in B.Com 1st year and Mai Atul Dubey in B.Com 2nd year, Mai Rida Hussain in B.Com (Hons) 1st year and B.Com.(Hons) 2nd year Arpit Thapa, MBA (dual) 1st year Mai Mehak Malhotra. M.B.A. Pooja Sharma got first prize in MBA(H.A.).
On this occasion, Pracharya expressed his gratitude to all the students and parents and told them that it is the duty of every student to participate in every activity of the university, there is a lot to learn in this and one should never lag behind in the learning process. Annual Function ZEST 2K24 (Day 3, 4 & 5)
Date: 21, 22 & 23 February 2024 – Indoor Games
Students showed their skills in indoor games and became winners
the second edition of the annual festival concluded with ZEST 2k24 Indoor Games. The indoor games were organized by the People’s Institute of Management and Research at the People’s University. Under the competition, competitions like Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Management competition like group discussion and personal interview etc. were held. College students participated in these with great enthusiasm. Indoor games were organized with the aim of all-round development of the personality of the students through sports competition, increasing their self-confidence and developing a sense of team spirit. In the competitions organized in the college campus, Rajnandani and Nikhil Raj got first place in Carrom doubles, Rashmi Srivastava and Satyam Udeniya got first place in Chess, Pragati Srivastava and Rupesh Patel got first place in Table Tennis. Through sports, the students displayed the positive energy provided by indoor games. At the closing ceremony of the sports competition, Principal addressed the students about the importance of sports and the spirit of sports. He explained to the children that sports gives positivity to a person’s life and strength to fight every difficulty. He prepares for challenges mentally. At the end of the Indoor Games, Principal and Coordinators admire students’ gratitude towards all the competitions.

Outdoor games were a blast on Sports Day in PIMR Zest 2k24.
The first edition of the three-day annual function by the People’s Institute of Management and Research at the People’s University began with the ZEST 2k24 outdoor games. Through outdoor games, outdoor games were organized with the aim of all-round development of the personality of the students, increasing their self-confidence and developing a sense of team spirit. Under this competition, cricket, kabaddi, single and relay race, badminton and tug of war competitions were organized in the university premises.
Through sports competitions, students were told that playing outdoor games strengthens their muscles and bones, increases immunity and also reduces the risk of diabetes, heart problems and obesity. In Kabaddi Girls team Kashish Pamnani, Pragati, Ojaswi Jain, Pooja, Meenakshi Soni, Chanchal, Sneha and Vidya. Aditya Pawar, Luvkush Baghel, Yash Vajpayee, Prashant Sahu, Ayush Kirar, Dev Singrauli, Mayank and Shivam stood first in the Boys and Boys team. Gurleen Singh, Sonakshi Soni, Varsha Gaur, Luv Kush Baghel won first prize in 400 meters in single and relay race,In 200 meter Dhruv Sharma and Varsha Gaur, in 100 meter Priya Srivastava and Dhruv Sharma got first prize. Anurag Srivastava and Khushboo Singh got first prize in badminton. At the conclusion of the sports competitions, the Principal told the students that the human body is a very complex machine. Apart from air, water and food, outdoor activity is very important to keep humans healthy and fit. Outdoor activity keeps the body very flexible and light and gives energy and inspiration to the body. And students Gurleen Singh, Neha Parveen and Aditya Panwar, as coordinators, organized the game with great enthusiasm. And teachers and principal called upon the young generation to establish outdoor activities.
