The People’s Institute of Management & Research (PIMR) was founded with the vision of “Igniting a Passion for Excellence,” aiming to develop young leaders who are equipped to navigate the rapidly evolving business landscape. The institute focuses on providing an understanding of dynamic economies and cultivating a global perspective. PIMR is dedicated for shaping future leaders through innovative programs, a distinguished faculty and a commitment to thought leadership. PIMR is situated on a 5-acre campus within the People’s Campus, offering a serene environment surrounded by lush greenery and well maintained landscapes. The campus features modern facilities, including air conditioned lecture halls, syndicate rooms, faculty and administrative blocks and a state-of-the-art computer center. The institute also boasts one of the best management libraries, an executive hostel and residential accommodations for academic and administrative staff. For students’ well being, the campus provides various recreational facilities, such as lawn tennis, badminton courts, yoga classes, a TV lounge, a table tennis room, a gymnasium and a recreation room. A fully equipped canteen serves as a social hub for students. The campus also offers essential services like ISD/STD telephony, fax, internet connectivity, a fully Wi-Fi-enabled environment and a bank. The People’s Group has established an exclusive Health Care Centre for the staff and students, including a 1000-bedded hospital staffed by specialists. This facility ensures comprehensive health care services, promoting the well-being of the entire People’s Family with a focus on preventive, and curative care.
