• Each Patient is issued OPD Card and Appointment card on Registration.
  • The College retains OPD Card for further treatment and record for follow up.
  • Patient carries appointment card with him/her.
  • OPD cards from 2002 onwards are stored in MAIN RECORD ROOM.
  • The old cards will help in conducting retrospective study and references.
